Some people came to see the house today. We were at home because they got lost and arrived way after the time that they were scheduled to come. I had a piano student coming in 10 minutes, so I told them they could have a QUICK look around...
They are going to make an offer on our house tonight.

we are sending them a counter-offer. we aren't happy with their offer, so we'll be trying again with them tomorrow... i'll let you know how it goes!
